I'm a multimedia journalist based on the Central Coast of California. Whether it's a 30-second newscast or a cover story, I hope my work helps people feel more connected to the world around them.
I have an M.S. in science communication from the University of California, Santa Cruz, a B.S. in ecology and a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Georgia.
When I'm not holding a microphone or a camera, you can find me in the surf or kelp forest doing my best to become a marine mammal.
